I started taking photographs at a young age and I really liked it, but I was hampered by the cost of film. With the advent of digital cameras I got back into it, but mostly from a technical aspect for my job. Recently while on a road trip I had an epiphany while photographing at Lake Henshaw in California. The photograph is of the lake at sunrise after an unexpected snow fall. I decided it was time to take my photography more seriously. I went home and bought my first "professional" camera.
